Anish Patel founded Alto Residential in 2018, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the London residential lettings market. Having successfully overseen hundreds of lettings transactions across North, West, and Central London, he established Alto Residential with a commitment to delivering a highly personalised and professional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Anish is passionate about matching tenants with the right property, whether they are searching for their first studio apartment, a family home, or a prime executive residence. His in-depth market knowledge, proactive approach, and attention to detail have enabled him to build a strong reputation for delivering successful outcomes for his clients.
Throughout his career, Anish has developed lasting relationships with corporate clients, relocation agents, overseas investors, buy-to-let landlords, and portfolio property owners. His broad experience spans everything from new-build investment properties and off-plan developments to the ongoing management and letting of established residential portfolios, allowing him to provide informed advice and tailored solutions across every stage of the property lifecycle.
